Ulocking BSNL Teracom Usb Modem

 

It's so simple to unlock a bsnl teracom usb modem , it's not hardware locked , it's a software lock over the modem ,
so now i  am explaining it ,
start registry edit or use window key + r to open run  .  Now
go to ->run
type -> regedit
now expand
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE'
    SOFTWARE 
    SEARCH "Linktop3g" and click on it
now check the value on right hand
"Engineer"
Click on it and change the value to 0
it done .....
close regedit and change the sim and card , create profile according to sim and enjoy
